A group of exiled Gotham villains known as the Run-Offs resurfaces in Blüdhaven, determined to eliminate Nightwing after being ousted by Batman. Meanwhile, a mysterious serial killer leaves a trail of clues across the city, forcing Nightwing to balance stopping the Run-Offs with unraveling the killer’s motives before more lives are lost.
